As Chief Program Officer, Adeeb Mahmud oversees the development and delivery of new and evolved financial health products, solutions, and initiatives. Adeeb leads the Program team’s engagement with the Financial Health Network’s clients, partners, funders, and investees across financial services, healthcare, and workplace solutions, and prioritizes actions and investments to advance the Financial Health Network’s mission. He also develops and fosters key partnerships with clients and other external stakeholders, and supports management of the Financial Health Network’s organizational strategy.
Adeeb brings over 15 years of consulting experience in corporate sustainability, shared value, philanthropy, and cross-sector partnerships, including on issues of health equity and global development. Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, Adeeb served as a Managing Director at FSG, a nonprofit strategy consulting and research firm that works with companies, foundations, and nonprofits to address social challenges. At FSG, Adeeb led the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, served on the Business Oversight Committee, and was a frequent speaker on topics of corporate social impact. Previously, he worked in corporate strategy for a Boston-based biotech company, in healthcare consulting at Braun Consulting (now Fair Isaac), and at the World Bank.
Adeeb received a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Middlebury College. He was also selected as a Reynolds Foundation fellow at Harvard.
