Chase Opens First-Of-Its Kind Branch in Harlem, Eyes Los Angeles and Chicago Next

Chase Bank is shaking up its approach to local banking–starting in Harlem.

The New York-based bank has unveiled a high-tech, community-friendly branch in the Manhattan enclave. The new model will be replicated in at least six cities in the next year. According to Chase managing director Reginald Chambers, Los Angeles and Chicago are next.
