As an Associate on the Workplace Solutions team, Riya helps execute research and consulting projects focused on improving workers’ financial health and helping employers design effective financial health benefits and products.

Previously, she worked in communications at FleishmanHillard and FTI Consulting, where she helped execute communications strategies for financial and corporate clients. She has also worked within government at the federal, state, and city levels, notably in the U.S. Senate and New York City Mayor’s Office.

Riya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Liberal Studies from New York University.
